Anyone have a 07NNBS 4.8 with a turbo? what is the avg mpg with a DD setup

If the truck is tuned right, you'll get better economy WHEN your not in the pedal. I get better mpg than my truck did stock

Your milage will improve if you drive the truck easily. But the reality of it, is the truck will be more fun to drive and you will be seeing more WOT, causing you to loose milage.

I showed over 20 once, it was on a 40 mile trip when i kept my foot out of it, then i blew my trans..... Other than that i still get around 15 and thats pretty much doing what i want...

Whats a good kit for the NNBS 4.8L I have no Idea I used to have a dodge diesel and put an HX50 on it which is a craploadbigger than the stock HX35. I was getting about 60lbs out of it but i know that is way too big for a gas and they run completely different setups.

I always got 1-2mpg better when I was on the freeway in low boost or just at the point where the engine made boost. Actually got over 20mpg on a tank when I tracked it.

I get 17 in my 06 5.3 with 3.42 and the turbo if I stay off the loud peddle.

I was getting 11.5 with my stock LQ9 at 11#'s but I never drove it nice!

with my 2006 5.3 ecsb i got 23 mpg when i made a trip to nacodoches and back, im sure thats not the right spelling
