It'll be easier to smooth out curves, than to use intersecting lines, unless u don't overcut where the 2 planes (or points) meet. Just my .02.

I thought like Joe on trimmin the brkt, but u already replied on the reason why. Trimmin the top in a gradual semi-circle( meaning beefy part is retained @ corners as u need, & thinnest in center near TB) might work. If nothing else, buzz off the lower corners. From the front, it doesn't hide that much, but it prolly bothers u more than us. Lookin good so far.
Not so much Ray's Idea to "move" the harness, but more so as "how" and where, and I don't think I woulda thought of disconnecting the whole harness from the rear O2's, but then we all saw the rats nest I was dealing with before. Alot of that came from adding a little at a time, and I had to run the main harness over the procharger intake. I'm deffinately gonna clean it up ALOT. I'll probably combine several of the added split looms into one larger one.

I think Ill give all of those bracket options a try. But first things first I need to get this bad boy runnin! Thanks for your Suggestions.

Alex

Sorry for the lack of updates. It's in and running GREAT! I'm outta town for work right now in Roswell, NM. I drove the truck out here though I have some work to do on the tune but it is running awesome. Still a lil rich under BE. it makes 5 psi almost instantly 30% tps and 3000 rpm. and getting up to about 7-7.5 around 6,000. I'm runnin a 3.2 pulley right now with plans of a smaller one once I get her dialed in. I plan on swapping the pcm with an '02 when I get back home. I am getting some random knock retard that I am pretty sure is false. Plus from the reading I've been doing the '99-'00 OS dont compensate for changes in IAT's very well so VE tuning is a PITA.

On the drive out here it just purred along at 80mph in OD w/ the converter locked. Could pass at 90 w/o a downshift. Runs DAMN GOOD!

I have more pics to update and I will do it soon when I get some time this week.

Sounds great!! If you are seeing 7-7.5 with a 3.2 then you can crank it up to 10+ by just changing to a 2.9 pulley. You will see right at 1 psi of difference for every .1" difference in pulley size. Anything over 10 and you will need the 8 groove pulley setup. Keep us posted on the progress.
