yes, definitely out of the peak efficiency area, what that ends up showing horsepower wise I'm not sure; however, just because you get out of the peak efficiency(island) doesn't mean power stops getting made, how that translate to a 112 spinning that fast who knows, he is running a dual spray meth kit so I'm sure that mitigates things to a degree, but again what that is I don't know.

more IAT less timming plus going over rotor RPM means a new engine :o maybe not now but it will bite one day when you are broke it always does .. meth IMO is a patch if you need to crank a blower up to make the power you want and your IAT calls for meth get a bigger blower i'm sure BlownChevy has one

The big advantage of the newer 4 lobe setups will be efficiency, especially comparing the 112 to the 1900 as it's not terribly bigger.

looks like he dyno'd the MP112 tonight:

Also looking at the dyno graph. Jury's out!
596.5rwhp 694.9rwtq!
It was making about 670rwtq as soon as it was hammered at about 2800rpm.

Get this, with an F/R below 10:1! The graph didn't go below that! Time for another tune!

I'll scan the dyno sheet tomorrow and post up.

Congrats Funcool, biggest numbers out of any Maggie I've ever seen!

looks like he is going to be shooting for a higher AFR to squeeeze a few more ponies out of it. 600/700 to the wheels from an MP112 is damn impressive in my book, standing by for the dyno graph but was shown this last night:

3000 rpms = 680rwt 380rwh
3500 rpms = 695rwt 470rwh
4000 rpms = 680rwt 515rwh
4500 rpms = 640rwt 550rwh
5000 rpms = 600rwt 570rwh
5500 rpms = 570rwt 596rwh
6000 rpms = 500rwt 590rwh
6500 rpms = 470rwt 580rwh

Those are some great numbers.

I wonder if the horsepower is falling off in the higher RPM's is a result of bosst dropping off or head/cam combination?

that's due to the size and efficiency of the 112. Looks like a fantastic setup. I honestly can't see him getting much more than 600/700 to the wheels on that combo.
What I like is that he stuck with his setup and developed what he had to make the numbers no one thought he could. Maybe there is more left in it, but IMO that's about it.
That said, he's seeing a big fat tq curve from down low...........making big hp and tq to the wheels and still hasn't hit the laughing gas
