Want to max the radix a little more.
Here is what i have:
05 chevy crew 5.3L
radix with 3.2 pulley
Gt2-3 cam
Pace LTs
3.73 gears
true-trac
100mm ilder pulleys
Msds wires
CAI
Trans fully built with tb 2500 stall
getting 7 or a lil more boost with tune
What i have yet to install:
labonte meth kit
90mm j-tube
90mm tb
dr-xlink
2nd heat exhanger with fans
bigger resevoir
what else might i need to get more power on 5.3L? maybe a 2.8 pulley or Nos, installing 243 heads??

Add the 2.8" pulley. The rest of your proposed mods will add a little, but not a lot. Not a lot of bang for the buck with anything other than the smaller pulley (and it's cheap). Been there...done that....do you want the t-shirt?

with pretty much the same mods I made over 10lbs with a 3" pulley. I think I'd have **** myself with a 2.8 if it held. The larger xchanger surface area and 90mm will compliment the smaller pulley.

What do you have for a catback? Think the 2.8 without a port/polish job on the heads will have your iat too high. I have a 3.0 pulley and cant keep the iat temp below 160* in a full 1/4mile pass with a 55hp shot of spray. I might be pulleying back up to a 3.2 and running 100hp shot for the same effect just at cooler temps.
