More issues with my Radix install!
#1
1. Sometimes at start up, the ignition almost hangs up and spins over for a few seconds and the truck doesnt start. Then when I hit the igniton again, it fires right up. Just started doing this 2 days ago. Radix and stock tune have been on for 2 weeks.
2. Getting a hissing or vacuum noise when I touch the throttle at speed. Probably there when I mat it too but you cant hear it over the supercharger. Is this normal. It almost seems like it did this a little bit before any mods.
Any input would be appreciated!

Definetely not exhaust. Just had the Corsa Installed and it was doing it before that. This sounds like some kind of throttle vacuum or something like that if it makes any sense. Its basically as soon as you touch the throttle lightly when you are rolling.

Hmm, just installed my Radix on my 06... and it starts exactly like it did before the install. I just turn the key to the On position and wait a second or 2 and then momentarily turn the key to the start position and then let the auto start routine finishing firing the engine up. You might want to check to make sure your fuel pressure is what its supposed to be when you fire it up... whether or not you wait for a second or 2 during the start routine.
As far as hissing noises go I would go over every port on the supercharger and verify it is plugged or connected to something. I also zip tied every port that has a (not used) rubber plug on it. Did you plug in the hose from the passanger valve cover to the bottom of the plastic Magnacharger inlet tube before the throttle body? I forgot that because it was out of site when I first fired it up... but found it after doing another final check of all the fittings.
Just some thoughts...
Good Luck and enjoy... I certainly am

1) this has nothing to do with the calibration, this more than likely is something that you are over sensetive to since you installed the supercharger. I would suggest hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to the rail and letting me know what your pressure is Key on engine off.
2) I would suggest going over the entire install, checking for air leaks. Please post up a picture of the supercharger installed on your truck, take a few different angles Driver, Pass, Front....so We can get a look at it. Sounds to me like there is a Vac leak someplace.

I agree with blownchevy.I forgot about all the noises my truck made stock until i had the supercharger removed. Now I miss all the noises it made with the Radix
