Sorry for the delay!
Results: Made 4 total passes yesterday, but only 2 were clean:
11.72sec @ 114.47mph, 1.70sec 60ft (converter unlocked)
11.71sec @ 113.94mph, 1.68sec 60ft (didn't turn on tow haul, shifted into OD at 109mph)
11.64sec @ 115.92mph, 1.69sec 60ft (converter locked @ top end of 3rd)
So, all above were run with 6600rpm shift points - however my trans was pretty slow for the 2->3 shift, and was shifting at 6900. Looking at the delivered torque it appears it falls off hard right around 660rpm. I'll back the WOT shift speed down, and drop WOT shift RPM to 6300 and test it out on the way to work tomorrow. Also noticed the converter locked about 9mph later than commanded, so hopefully backing the lockup speed down will fix that?
IATs stayed cooler (I guess due to mid 50 degree weather, or possibly the lower shift points?) and only reached 130F on passes, however pre-intercooler pressure was still 18-19psi from what glimpses I got during runs.
The 60ft was getting back to where it was on 12-13psi too, and I think that's really where the gains came from, probably due to the lower, 6600 shift point I suppose. Prior to yesterday, the best I had run was 11.87@115 with a 1.78 60ft. My best pass yesterday was .21 sec faster and almost 1mph faster.
All in all, I'm almost back to where I was for MPH and ET on 12-13psi so that's good news.
Future: I think more remains to be seen by backing the shift points lower (6300 or 6000). There's probably some gain to locking the converter at a lower speed in 3rd. I may add another degree of timing as well. I would be really interested to see the difference with the stock intake at this point... Meth is on the way as well.

Tim,
7.47sec @ 92.97mph, 1.70sec 60ft
7.46sec @ 92.73mph, 1.68sec 60ft
7.42sec @ 92.99mph, 1.69sec 60ft
Back on 12-13psi and 15 degrees timing, it went 7.39sec @ 94.56mph, 1.65sec 60ft.
Jarrett,
Dual spring what for over 6500rpm??
I played around with the 2->3 shift today and got it to respond with a lower WOT shift speed and RPM. Thought I had the converter figured out to where it locked in 3rd at 98mph - but I did another hit and it locked at 107mph. IDK whats up with that. However, I will try to make my tow haul and normal apply speeds the same and see if that fixes it as I read something a while ago that someone had similar trouble and apparently they need to match.
My intercooler core appears to be 18"x11.5"x3".

Looking at your previous best 1/8 time and MPH its clear you need meth and IAT's are pulling timing on the back half. My AWD crew cab had more MPH gain on the back half of the track with the 1900.

I don't think its helping...
Vortec, timing wasn't pulled on the back half on any of the runs this past Sunday. On 12-13psi it gained 21.5mph (although I believe I have some runs that were 22-23mph increases). Last Sunday it also back halfed a best of 22mph. I'm still somewhat stumped.
I'll see if I cant get the meth on this weekend and get it dialed in for Sunday. Its a progressive Snow controller. Plan on running (2) 9.9gph nozzles, however that seems like a lot and I'm open to suggestions...

If you are crossing the line with 144* IAT temps on 93 octane and no timing is being pulled then I would say there is no doubt you can afford more timing before they climb. Advance timing a few degrees and make the IAT timing table more sensitive.
