Open the hood in the dark and look for the light show.It sounds like the arc is jumpin before it gets to the cylinder.

So i said f*ck it today, and started over from scratch. got some new plugs, gapped them to .028ish. Found #4 cracked when pullin them out. took the truck for a test drive after the install and all is good! phew

Right on glad to hear it was an easy fix.Them type of problems always suck ***.I had a built lt1 T/A that always had spark plug or wire issues.One day it would slam the 7200 rpm rev limiter easy and run like raped ape.The next day nothing.....***** would run like **** and have some damn spark issue.
