Thought this might be worth noting. The acctual tube on the second revision was a full 2 inches shorter. So I would assume that you need a different dipstick with it. Im glad I didn't buy one of these and just throw it in there. The dipstick would have probably read 2 quarts low. Anyways, the stealership said they couldn't get the first revision. So, I'm off to the junkyard tomorrow.

Oh yes, I always give the local dealership hell. I have been forced to buy my parts there many times, and never once have they had the part in stock or ordered the correct one on the first try. After I showed them the difference, they magically were able to get me the "old" revision. I told them no thanks. I'd rather take my business elsewhere, they had already cost me 2 days of downtime. They are completely worthless.
