For those of you that are new to the forum, and those with bad memory because it has been so long since I've done anything: This is a step-by-step photo journal of my project. It is the reconfiguration of a Whipplecharger so that air-to air intercooling is possible, and what's involved with mounting a real intercooler (18"x24"x4" core size). is the core support alluminum or steel. my guess is alluminum
