Default Methanol Controller

I am using a Devils Own Methanol kit that I purchased from a member on here. The other day while logging my truck I noticed a bit of knock retard (7*). I decided to look at my injection kit and diagnosed the controller had failed. I am using one of their Sinister series progressive kits that uses a MAP/boost signal to trigger the pump. I am currently running 7 PSI with dual 5GPM nozzles. The system was set to come on at 2 psi (lowest setting) and be at 100% at 5 psi or so. I have tried contacting them without much luck about purchasing a new one. My question is, what controller would be a good replacement for this since I am having a hard time getting anything out of them? I am not partial to any brand I just want to be able to have it attached to my dash to see what is going on while driving. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using a Snow controller as well with my DO pump and it seems to be working okay. You can use any controller on the market really. It doesn't have anything that mounts to the dash to indicate it's working, but I have two LEDs I put in, one to tell me the controller is powered, and one to tell me that the pump is powered. No need to be able to change the meth settings on the fly from inside because you have to retune anyways, unless your tuning on the dyno I guess.

Yep i have a LED light too that comes one when the pump runs... I chose the snow controller since it was metal, and seemed pretty rugged.

Devils own controllers are junk. I let them replace it several times, all of which failed soon after. Snow is what I use now and like it a lot.

Snow here too. The only thing I don't like is the plastic nipple for boost reference. I've done my whole motor with AN lines so it took some creativity to get an AN fitting on the controller.

I'd be interested to see how you did it...

I used a soft rubber vacuum plug I found at the parts store that had an angle on one end of it to start. That fit tightly onto the nipple on the controller. I put a touch of silicone on it to seal it. After that I drilled out a 1/8npt male fitting inside so the angled rubber part fit inside it then drilled and tapped the housing cover for the controller to screw the fitting in to. Once I got everything to fit tight I added a bit more silicone to end of the plug that goes into the fitting then pushed it all together and used the 4 screws that hold the housing together to pull it all tight and hold everything in place.
After it dried for a day I pressure tested it up to 30psi and it held just fine so I installed it. I doubt I'll have any issues with my little 8psi Procharger kit.

I hope that's easier to understand than it reads....
