I know why my 110.5 fits and yours doesn't. I have a different idler pulley bracket thatn you. I have the older style where the pulleys are stationary. I see that you can move your idler pulleys up or down...I cannot do that. I helped someone install a radix a few months back and noticed that the bracket is different. Didn't put 2 & 2 together.

i just bought a new impact gun to help in this process of crank pinning. is a Ingersoll Rand 2135Ti. supposed to be a badass air gun. we'll see how it does. here is a copy/paste from there website:
1/2" Titanium Duty
Air Impact Wrench
The Titanium 2135Ti delivers 1,000 ft.-lbs. of Nut Busting Torque in a gun that weighs just 3.95 pounds! The 7-vane power plant drives enough torque to break away a nut tightened to over 1,000 ft.-lbs. in under six seconds.
