oh, and if you're 2hrs WEST of Carlisle, than you're only about 1.5hrs from me here in pittsburgh.

The crank bolt is really on there. The proper TQ specs for installing is to do 50 Nm and then do 140* past that. It is applied with over 250# my guess to get the 140*. Enough for a hernia
For kicks, when I installed my new crank bolt, I used a TQ wrench set at 200#. I got to 90* past the 50Nm when it clicked. I went to a breaker bar to get the remaining 50* and actually bent my extention in the process.
Oh, I am 2 hrs East of Carlisle. About 3-3.5hrs from Pitt.

HOLY ****, one of the members just PM'ed for where i got my pulley's and I looked up my online receipt and it says 100mm. WHAT THE F$#! ? Boy am I f-ing stupid. Man I could of sworn I got 110's. WTF. That changes everything I've said so far. I going outside and measuring mine right now.

I took me a second to realize you guys were talking about 110MMs as well. I went with 100's so the 110.5" gatorback is just fine IMO for my application. Add 110MM pulleys and the 110.5 belt will be REAL tight, a 111 will be necessary for me. Too many similar numbers, my head hurts

Try removing an idler and reinstalling it after the belt is on. That is how I put tight belts on my Lightning. You'll have to experiment as to which idler to remove.
LFP sells the same idler pulley for $49.95.
