I only ever seem to start finding bad stuff after I decide to start using someone. All the tuners I’ve used seem great until I use them and then all the sudden there’s stuff everywhere.

I probably would have just gone with all IW stuff had theirs been black. That was the deciding factor, I just thought the black pulleys looked so much better and now I have a mix and match.

Eh everyone has been in your shoes, I have plenty of times even with tuners too. There are lots of front drive kits out there to pick from so it hard. I cant remember how I cam across lsa innovations.

Back in the day I used the black metco pullies. They were oversized and 8 rib. I liked those.

I wonder why I was only able to find IW and OKW as sources for an 8 rib setup for these trucks on Google. I could not find any other options. I’m not seeing anything on LSA Innovations, on my phone at least.

I am so sorry man, I was going off of memory. When I saw you post this I checked it back out. Because I would get confused between innovator and concepts. So the place I got mine is called lsx concepts Try that out and see what you think.

I got it apart but it won’t be going back together. Sigh. It’s a damn left handed thread.

OKW also has a pulley with guard rails for the HD tensioner but it doesn’t come with a bearing. It’s $55 plus a $20 bearing and has to be pressed in. The IW one comes with a bearing already installed for $175. That’s a huge price difference but I also assume I’d get it on a timely manner from IW and who knows with OKW, although my tracking does claim the 2.5” generator pulleys are coming tomorrow.

At least you stopped and didn’t ruin your $120 tensioner! I figured it just had the Loctite from the caliper bracket bolts on it, never crossed
my mind it was left handed.
