If this was strictly my driver, I might, but this is the family vehicle and I’m not there most times it’s being driven. I need it 100%. I’m still in my return window with Amazon for the 6 rib ATI, so I can return it and not deal with reselling it if I can get the 8 rib quickly.

I have the innovators 10% overdriven balancer, It helps the chargers come on faster. If your going 8 rib they have a nice setup plus you could upgrade to the overdrive balancer.

I think I need to stay with ATI because I’ve already drilled the crank twice and don’t want to do it again for the Innovators West pin kit. ATI’s is a 4% overdrive. I’ve also confirmed the hub and AC pulley are the same as the 6 rib, so I can just unbolt the balancer itself from the hub and change it out easily and not have to deal with the crank bolt or pulling the whole thing off.

I’m looking at the Olson Kustom Works pulleys. Theirs comes with 2 idler pulleys and it’s a little cheaper.

Also not sure if I should go for the Griptec supercharger pulley (and I’m not sure which listing on their site is correct) or just get a normal metal one.

We’re past that even if I take the supercharger back off. I wasn’t doing an AFM delete and putting a stock cam back in it.

Is the TVS .400 under Magnuson the correct option? I emailed them last week and they haven’t answered.

He is usually pretty fast to answer. I can’t remember, it’s been 8 years since I ordered it. I remember talking to him though, he called me to talk about my setup. Great guy, he used to work for magnuson. Try calling him.

I can understand not putting the AFM back in as that makes it more reliable.

Is anyone here using this 8-rib setup from Olson Kustom Works? It is a lot cheaper than the Innovators West parts. I have already changed the balancer to an ATI 917285 8-rib since ATI confirmed the hub and AC pulley were the same, so I was able to swap it without pulling the hub off. I may use the Innovators West balancer on my 2008 if I go through with installing a supercharger on it since they have more of an overdrive.
