Magnacharger Tvs1900 bad bearings???
Last week I did 8 rib swap and swapped pulleys. Blower now makes 11.5lbs of boost. Last night I was on my way to local track to get my new time but on the way there I noticed the blower started making a sound like a marble bouncing around in it. I believe the bearings are going on it. Could the blower have overspun?
Any suggestions or ideas what caused this or what it could be? Do they sell better bearings for these? Does anyone know of a place that could rebuild it?
How are these to rebuild yourself? I have mechanical knowledge.
Thanks for all the help.

There's just under 15000 on blower. I'm going to call them Monday.
If anyone knows of a reputable company that can rebuild it or sell me a kit to do it myself that would help immensely. I am a little nervous to let magnacharger rebuild it or to use the same parts since it couldn't even last 15000. Whole time was stock boost except for the last 500 miles thenn it started making this noise.

Yes my tuner retuned it using hp tuners. It sounds like a marble bouncing around in the blower. I used stethoscope checked all pulleys. Pulled belt off and no noise. Put belt on noise. It gets worse as it warms up and the noise happens at idle as well as under load. Seems to spin ok by hand. Oil pressure is fine, temp is fine, no lights on in truck.

If your belt alignment is off it can cause the belt to make a sound just like a bad bearing, the belt will ride on a rib then drop into the rib. I had this happen when I first went 8 rib. Check your alignment, 8 rib is very picky. I am willing to bet this is what your hearing. I finally used a laser to align mine and it's been noise free since.
