Thanks! I've been working on it about 2 years now and it's changed quite a bit. I've got build threads going on a couple other forums, I'll get one on here sooner or later.

Nothing yet, I just put it back together to see if the slop went away. I won't be running it for over 6 months(Memorial Day '10 is the completion goal) so I'll take care of it before then. I'll buy the kit to do it right....is it worth swapping over the coupler even though this one isn't damaged? What's the advantage?

Yeah, I know they won't work, just haven't swapped back yet. It's actually a 200k mile 5.3 in there for mock-up with everything just loosely bolted on to check clearances. I was originally gonna go NA and the F-body intake and accessories worked better with my clearances....then I went back and forth between turbo and supercharger, decided supercharger would work much better for the type of powerband I need, and just happened to get the Maggie last weekend. I've got an LQ4 with 10k miles sitting around waiting for me to get my a$$ in gear. Need to do the valvetrain upgrades, head studs, rod bolts, F-body oilpan, etc and clean and paint it before I do the swap. The truck accessories are still sitting on the LQ4. It's very much just in the mock-up stages right now so there's plenty of stuff that won't be staying. Lots more tube work to do on the chassis too, and stuff like the angle iron brace on the shock hoops with go away.

Just wanted to make sure you knew before you got too deep into the project, sounds like you've got it covered
