It should flow from the intake manifold-to the coolant tank-to the heat exchanger-back to the intake manifold.

How did you wire you relay? Did you use your fuel pump wire to turn on the relay?

It was tapped in the location per MagnaChargers instructions. The actual relay pack was prewired by Devin (moregrip). Appeared it just needed to be grounded, tapped, and power connected. I know its getting an ingition because I checked it and when the ignition/accessory is on, the light on my test light pops on. Turn it off, it goes off. It's grounded well. Fuses aren't popped, etc.

Now, the relay setup that grip had has three total relays. Connected to that is the relay setup for the puller fans. The puller fans arent kicking on either, so I am almost 100% sure its definetly a wiring issue, just need to figure out where the weak link is.

fixed the intercooler issue. Loose wire, no biggie. Woulda fixed it last night and saved face by posting here, but I was just too burnt.

The coolant vent pipe is still leaking. It's definetly coming UP from the hole, which leads me to believe that the oring is busted or not seated right.

Hissing didn't happen today upon start up and idle. Only did it yesterday after I test drove it down the street.

ok, All problems solved!

The coolant leak was from a bad o-ring. Swapped it out and no more leaks. We are golden!
