Default Maggie H/C combo

Hey guys,
I'm researching my build and was wondering what heads/cam combo you guys have below your Magnachargers...and what power output you're making. Realistically I'm looking for around 450 or so rwhp for my build. I'm going with an LQ4 with all stock internals, but with a Maggie on top. I need to know the best combos to mate the 2 together. My LQ4 will be backed by a T56. Also, what kind of drivability are you guys getting with your combos?

Mods are in my signature. HP is 448 at the wheels with a very restrictive exhaust. Truck is easy to handle on the street. Wife drives it just fine. Instant tire shredding power available on demand. I can still get 16 to 17 mpg out of it if I behave. If you ever go toward Houston, give me a shout. I'm located between Houston and Austin (closer to Houston). I'll take you for a spin if you want to see what you're getting in to.

Just got a set of cutouts installed. Back to the dyno to see how crappy the dual flowmasters really are. Maybe a speed density tune to get rid of the MAF also.

Sounds nice...so this combo produces a very streetable 450 or so rwhp? The more the better, but that's atleast what I'm looking for. I'm in Kyle, guys, which is just south of Austin. Let me know if you guys decide to meed up, I'd love to see 'my future motor' in person I work up at Covert Cadillac.

Which blower are you running, the 112 or the 122?

I would go for AFR 205's if cost wasn't the issue. Try to find a smaller chamber head and raise the compression some. The best repsonding Radix setups seem to be around 10:1 compression.

I think it has 500+ in it with a better exhaust and a speed density tune. Yes, it's very streetable. I even tow a trailer on occasion. The idle is pretty mean, but it's never coughs or stumbles. It pulls hard from idle to 6000rpm. I know it doesn't have the peak #'s some of the turbo guys get, but it's an absolute blast to drive. Loads of power down low where you do 95% of your street driving. Puts a smile on my face every time I punch it.
