Default Maggie guys need your help asap!!

ok on my 06 tbss with the maggie kit im trying to put a fuel pressure gauge in. Now here the prob. The sending unit is 1/8 pipe thread but the plug on the front of the drivers fuel rail is someting way different. we tried to match it up and cant find the thread pitch etc. i would need it to be a adapter to go from that size to a male 1/8 pipe thread then id use a stainless braided line with 2 1/8 pipe thread females to hook it up

can anyone help???

Does yours have a 1/8" threaded plug about 1/2 way down the side of the drivers side fuel rail? Mine did which accepted my sender with no modifications.

UPDATE

i took out the rail shrader valve and yes its 1/8 npt also. now does anyone make a braided fuel line that has 1/8 npt female ends on both sides. I want to mount the sending unit on my firewall because it will look nasty if i mount it on the fuel rail and i have custom covers and will hit them

You might be better off getting a 90* fitting to make the sending unit hug the rail.

Are you talking about a standard -2 AN fitting schrader valve, like is on the stock fuel rail? If so, you should be able to find misc parts to hook up a short braided line to your sender.

the 1/8 npt is the part that threads into the fuel rail. I cant make it hug the fuel rail becuse the covers wont fit.
