Default MAF location

Does it matter if you put the MAF before or after the BOV? And if so why?

Theoretically before the MAF would be best so you don't have a false air flow reading during deceleration but I have mine after the MAF and I have had no issues as of yet.

if after the MAF, you are blowing off metered air.

You also need to ensure you have about 8" before and after the MAF of relatively straight airflow or you can end up with bad readings. Not always the case but ut can screw with proper tuning.

Mine was before the BOV at first and it was nothing but problems... Relocated to after the BOV and the intercooler and now all is well...
