Default found a new home for ecu for intercooler

i'm putting this in the fi section becouse i moved it for my turbo setup.

and that made room

for the pipes on this

to fit and be able to attach the pipes to the out lets other wise the ecu was in the way. now i just need to cut here

and here

and recap the top and weld back on the mounting bracket to the white slanted line and install and i'm ready to turbo.

Thanks! I may have to consider that. I am planning on air/water intercooler due to ease of pluming but that may need to be a consideration.

That's cool! Did you have to extend any wires or did you just move it ecu over?

cut this side up a little to fit the wires and then flop the whole bundle over like this
then remove the bracket you'll have to remove that before you can pull the cover on the fuse box. then place it where you see it in the pic but it take a little coaching and firm love to get it in there no hammer but a flat head and a strong palm will work and check it for hood hing clearance.

There is also a 1" loom that comes out of the firewall in the location you mounted the PCM. Did you move that loom, or set the PCM on top of it? I am going to try and relocate the PCM and TCM there on my truck as well. I assume you could not reinstall the fender to firewall brace once you got the PCM installed?
