A lot of boost controllers have a "scramble boost" option that allows you to use a momentary switch to drive the boost up as long as the button is held.

I have a Greddy Profec B-spec11(that I haven't installed yet) that says you can go from low boost to high boost at wot but you need to purchase the optional switchable boost control feature.

I hated my profec B unit. I had the most issues with it out of them all.
