hmmm, I only need about a 27-30" inch piece. But I can figure something out.

 

What is the length from the outside ends of the couplers you have on there now? If the intercooler is 27" wide, you have at least 3" of coupler on each side. Thats 33"...you could smash in the remaining 3". I prefer that it not be cut..

 

the coulpers are 3" but the intercooler is touching the other pipes. I can move the other pipes out a bit so It should work

 

Would something like this be better? The current intercoer is a 27x8x4 but just the end tanks are 4, the core is 3.5"

I'm only getting 9.5psi at 6700-6800 rpm where others have seen 18psi with similar mods. My intake piping blew apart before the intercooler on one of my runs. I'm 99% confidant the intercooler is the cause

 

are you meeting up with jake tonight? cuz im helping him with his truck tonight. we can do soem runs if your down. maybe if his coupler pipe helps you with boost and you get your boost up, you can spray a ton of meth and we can have a good run.
