man some one broke the bank on the turck with the exhaust rap!

Friends dad has one on a 5.3 silverado he love its just the turbo and some tuning on 5 psi got him 398 wheel hp. He tows a 22 foot bass boat with it. Hasent had any problems at all... its been on there about 3 years now.
