Default Limp mode? limiting speed??

So my truck shuts down at about 100 mph(limp pedal).Tried it in 3rd and 4th
Tuner feels it may be due to lack of fuel psi.(45) at that speed.(stock fuel pump)
We are seeing a max of 12 psi of boost.
Tuned with HP Tuners.
....Also after driving and being parked briefly,i'll drive away and occasionally it goes limp, once i slow down to a crawl, its normal again.
It does have code P0741(torque converter clutch stuck on) but works when tested with the Tech2.
Also has speed wheel sensor code C0055
Truck runs really well otherwise
07 nnbs SBE 4.8 single 76mm turbo,fully built 4L65E with 10"multi-disk lock-up
Any thoughts ideas?
Thanks
Dom

Has the 100 MPH speed limiter been disabled in the tune? Not that you should attempt it again until you fix your fuel issue.

Is your speedo working correctly? I believe C0055 is for rear wheel speed(VSS). A malfunction of the vehicle speed sensor will trigger limp mode. Check the wiring to the sensor. I had an internal break in the wiring near the connector and it put me into limp mode.
