Default rwhp

my guess 420-450 between 4400to 5000 rpm after that small turbo will probally start to choke

I've been down this road with an undersized turbo. I feel your pain. I bet it would do 400-425. Thats what I would guess mine to make, and my setup is pretty close to yours.

Plans have changed a little bit, just ordered the stage 3 BTR turbo cam and the hot side is on its way to me, and I have considered selling the 70mm on3 and buying the 76mm depending how much more power I could potentially make wile still only running around 8psi, Do you guys think it will be worth it?

Get this turbo the price is good. It is a well known performer. A member here made 600rwhp thru an 80e with 33" tires on a stock bottomend 5.3 at 12lbs. It had an over boost condition at one point spiking to about 20lbs so it should flow plenty.

Or go for the big boy budget turbo.

I actually found a good deal on an on3 76 before coming back to this thread. So now its on its way. Out of the two that I have and the second link you posted, witch would be best? I will most likly save up some more and buy a more expesive turbo when i get forged internals and plan to run higher boost.
