Lengthening the AC line

Who here has done it? I was planning on buying a new line, then taking it to the AC shop to have the line lengthened, but i did not know how much to lengthen it.

Anyone have pics of a custom line?

Just take it to an AC shop and they can make you a custom line the right length and they can get different ends that are already pre-bent the way you want them.

I can get pics/measurements this afternoon if you want. Its a line long enough to wrap around the big BW T6 turbos.

ya lots factory lines have different outside dimensions and won't crimp together with the aftermarket connectors, better to make a complete custom one and probably much cheaper too
