I wonder if I take Oil PAN out and drill it and something with nut put on and could TIG with alumium for turbo nipples thread inside more easier. Cause I have tig at school. Let me know if it will work?

Yes, Many guys have welded threaded bungs to the oil pan for the turbo oil return.

Another update:

Found out I had a leaking valve cover gasket as well... It was seeping so that after I'd drive the truck and shut it down it would bubble between the head and the log where it was coming down the side of the head and cooking. I hope that's all it is, I can't imagine oil coming from anywhere else in there... Going to swap gaskets today... Hopefully that will end the oil woes completely, no leaking hoses and the oil dipstick tube is "repaired" for now. Gotta find time to pick a new one up.
