I have been running some window screen mesh summer and winter for a couple years now and everything seems to have worked out okay.....think it is a great idea after spending a couple hours getting the bug guts off the front of my trailer and Denali last weekend after the 6 hour tow.

very cool setup man. i have basicaly the same setup except my lower exchanger has 4 rows you got alot of space down there so why not go bigger

I want to see some numbers before I mod my heat exchanger. So far the only ones I've seen are Grippy's 5 degree difference and mjhoward's 20 degree difference (although his was at a much higher temp 190 to 170). I am currently at 145 to 155 in the 100 degree temps we have been getting, but would rather be around 120 something.

What are your idle IAT's and how quick do they drop when you start driving? Does anyone use Efans on thier Xchanger to keep the temps down at redlights, staging lanes, etc?

Idle around 149, they will drop to 138 on a long stretch of road.
