At full throttle it goes into power enrich mode. The extra fuel helps prevent the detonation and the timing map in the higher MAP regions has a lot less advance. With heavy part throttle the PCM is still in closed loop and giving it more timing.
You can fix it by taking out timing in the open throttle table in the cells it is occuring in

While that may be the case with some it wasnt with mine, mine goes into PE at 40% throttle going down the highway. Also when I was tuning out the KR I was always in PE when it occured. No matter how much timing I removed it would still show up. So I just changed around the TCC settings some and now its has been doing fine for the last 6months or so since I changed them.
