Default Kennebell will gmt800 kit fit the gmt900

Alright guys I found a used kennebell that came out of a 01 siera denali 6.0 and i was wondering will this fit my 08 silverado 5.3?

I believe th KB changed in 03 for the drive by wire engines. The only DBW before that I believe was the 02 escalade. The standard throttle body required a cable and the TB was 90 deg from the supercharge, the DBW adapter had a 90 deg turn.

You can get that DBW adapter elbow from Kenne Bell, just remember you will need tuning as well.

So you are telling me it will fit but i need to getthe DBW adapter elbow only and for the tune im getting a dyno tune.

I am not saying thats all you need, I am saying thats all that I know of. I know with just the elbow it will allow it to fit up to a 2007 Classic but I dont know about the 08 NNBS.

What throttle body do you have? How many bolt?

Thats what I am asking, that could be solved by making a different flange. Not really a big deal, I built a whole damn intercooler kit and flanges for mine.

'01 Denali's also came with DBW. The kit probably came off a Yukon Denali or a C3 as the Sierra Denali was introduced in '02.

I have the stock throttle body dont know howmany bolts cuz i didnt open anything in the engine yet. but im gonna search now.
