Has KB come out with the intercooled, manifold-mounted supercharger kit yet???

Yes there is a kit and the HP level is awesome. I have installed this system and is a great setup.

Yes... you can buy a kit for a Silverado (i.e. fits any regular truck) in the style you are asking about. The intercooler is under the compressor in the intake manifold.

If you want the big boy blower - the 2.8L one - you will need to get your own injectors (60 lbs), bigger fuel pump (like a walbro or similar), and tune your own or have a shop tune it. You might need the boost a pump as well depending on your fuel pump choice.

How does the Kenne Bell compare to the physical size of the stock truck manifold? I'm running a LQ4 in a hot rod and trying to see if I have clearence height wise...

I don't know how tall a Kenne bell supercharger is,but my 200AX Whipple mounted on it's intercooled intake is about 2 1/2"shorter than the Radix intercooled setup thay I am replacing.

Your 3.3L Whipple is shorter than the MP112?

The KB 2.8 is about 10.5 inches tall. It extends farther back than the Radix as well.
