In my previous setup with the 2.2L, under boost and cruise, the IAT's were usually under 110 on the hottest day of the year when ambient was around 90-95. Attached is a plot of the 2.2L under boost at 75 ambient. When it gets into boost the IAT's actually drop. If I sit in traffic with the fan off for 20 minutes, the IAT's will heat soak as high as 135. Turning on the Fan usually takes them down to 100 even in traffic. I will record some logs with the new set up soon. The scan gauges show at least 20 to 25 degrees improvement.

Those are some very impressive numbers for your IAT's Def love the air to air heat exchange.. That has to be pretty good Intercooler core do you have any other specs on it? I would also like to check out your setup do you have any other pics anywhere on the site?

Thanks-

It seems to me the A2A intercooler is more efficient than the A2W. To bad you cand have A2A with a manifold mounted SC
