There was an article in hot rod this month showing the 1900 TVS with dyno results only 11 hp more than the mp122. In fact they stated that above 5200rpm the MP122 had more power which was a bit of a surprise. I would like to see more data if anyone has dyno results.

I think the 1900 is going to be too small for you. If you go with the TVS, go right for th 2300. As for the KB, the blower isn't bad, but only get one with an intercooler or it's not worth your time. As for the customer service, you'd get more out of talking to a wall than calling KB.

I'm going to wait for the TVS... Just don't know if I can hold out for the 2300. If it comes out at close to the same time as the 1900 I think I'll take your advice. Zipp did you ship my tranny parts yet PM me if you need my info again.

Just finished up the cam install tonight.. Idles nice and pulls strongly. I kept the VVT and it pulls like a diesel..

Oh, and no messages from BlownChev.. darn it.

would the 2.8 be too big for the 5.3 or would the 2.4 or 2.6 be a better bet? I also noticed the new kit on the site, it looks like it replaces the intake like the radix. Its called the "corvette kit". Its about the same as the radix cost wise too.

The 2.8L would be overkill on a stock 5.3. I think a 2.4L would be great for a 5.3L under 10psi. If you have a 03+ the on-mainfold based truck kits have everything you need for a clean install. There are a few pieces that need to be fabed/mod'ed for the 99-02 as there are a few minor discrepencies.
