early 08 Magnuson will have the Radix TVS system for the trucks

I'm calling BS on the early 08

If they do come out in early 08 I'll buy one, unless its available sooner down under.

The KB blowers have been making more power than Maggie's with the Ford guys for sometime. They have done it with more boost and lower IAT's. I wouldn't expect someone who pimps for Magnuson to give an unbiased opinion either.

I just a ran a 13.67 2 97.5 mph last night with my H2 running a KB 2.8 on a 402. I had to lift at the 2-3 shift for a moment becaust I ran slightly lean, but I got back in in it for the rest of 3rd gear. Had the run been clean I'd be posting a 13.5@100 mph from this combo. IAT's are not reason to worry about this combo. It makes WAY more power than the Magnuson offerings, but you do have to put more work into it. That comes with the territory when you make a lot of power.

For the record, the best the maggie ever did on my truck was a 13.86 with a 70-75 wet shot of nitrous on the H2 with a stock LQ4, LPE GT 2-3 cam, no cats. The KB 2.8 (forged 402, AFR 225's, Baby turbo cam, long tubes no cats) just did a 13.67 at 11 psi and wasn't even sweating yet. The alcohol injection system didn't even run on that pass.

Yes the blower case gets hotter but does not cause knock retard the same way the other one did. Both blower measure "IATS" off the Blower case. Not the most accurate form of measurement but it works okay. Better for the PCM to think its getting air temps that are hotter than reality than it is cooler than reality.

Once again, the Kenne Bell makes the best power of the available intake mounted superchargers. If a little extra work to develop your install is a detterent, then its not for you. The more power something can make the less plug and play it all is.

The TVS remains to be seen, but continues to be hyped. I hope its a great blower when it finally gets to market.

I am not sure what size engine you have. If it's the 5.3 the 2.4 is a good choice if you don't plan heavy mods. For a 6.0 or larger it's to small. You will at least need the 2.8, or a 3.3
