It's Sced 40 (3/16" thick) structural pipe and weldels . Way over kill, but I can't get sced 10 in steel (1/8" thick). I like to build things to last FOREVER and hold up a house The WG will be in the cross over.

Wow that is some thick stuff!! Where did you find the bends or did you make them? So the wastegate is going to be located similar to the trick kit setup?

man i know how that goes, thats how my last three USELESS Projects started, even the couch and damnit if i'm not going to rebuild that thing with a bigger motor, i wonder where i could find an ecotec

I used to get the weldels elbows from McMaster Car, but then I found a local place here that carried them for less money . Waste gate seems to work good under there, lots of room to work with.

The cross over and down pipe will just be 2 1/2 and 3 1/2" 16ga. aluminized exhaust mandrel bends and tubing
