The crossover will have the flex and the v-band connection to the manifold. The down pipe will have the V-band and clamp to the turbo and it is setup or t4 tangential housings with 3" v-band. The bottom of the down pipe will be left open for you to make the final connection to your tail pipes.

So your turbo mounting flange will fit which turbo housings? I currently have the STS base kit turbo but will upgrade to a 67 once I get my 5.7l engine built.
If I buy these I would most likely get them plated or coated, maybe JET HOT or Nickel just to keep corrosion down. Ever heard of turbo hot parts being plated with Nickel and holding up to the heat? I know it's just a replacement for the stock manifold on that side so it should not run any hotter than stocker other than the engine putting out a little more heat/power that is over a stocker.
The only reason I say Nickel plated is it looks better than chrome IMO and is the plating that goes on before chrome in most cases anyway.

Yep these hot parts are just what you need to convert your STS to a front mount. (that's what I did ) They are built for the same turbo housings that is on your STS. I haven't heard of anyone nickel plating exhaust parts personally. I don't know what it would do once it gets hot. I know chrome turns purple.
