Default just a question about a whipple

im trying to buy a whipple supercharger from someone that says it fits a 99-2003 Silverado. doesn't that mean it will still work for an 04? I would think so but I wanted to make sure before I bought it.

thanks in advance!

The fuel rail is probably different and maybe some throttle cable provisions, but the main assembly should be the same.

Does it matter that it's a side mount?

Oh, I always forget about those side mount things. In that case there should be almost no differences unless it has some weird EGR stuff going on.

DBW requires a different elbow for the DBW throttlebody, otherwise the TB motor hits the firewall.

Yes that already has the right elbow for your 04.
