Ok, seems like all the parts are in. It has the 4 3/8 pulley to make 6 psi. What fuel pump and injectors do you guys suggest?

Walbro 255lph and then a VIc Jr intake mani, with a custom front mount intercooler setup. Thats how i had it on my old SS.

Ditch the whippletronix and get you some 60lb+ injectors and run e85.

I just had all kinds of fun blowing my Hellcat motor on E85. I'll stick with good old 93 for now. Not trying to make a ton of power, just want the truck to have some good power. Definitely getting the custom tune and leaving off whippletronix though!

That being said, what intercooler did you get?

e85 doesnt blow engines, poor tunes do. Lol

And i had a no name brand intercooler. I had it on my previous 1JZ 240sx, and that one seemed to fit nicely in my front grill, so i made it work.

Correct, poor tunes blow them. hellcats arent flex fuel capable so the car destroys itself before it can realize it. still pissed at the tuner, but i still spent 25k fixing it. on a positive note, it was rebuilt with a 426 so that was tons of fun

After ditching the Whippletronics and running that way for awhile, installing an intercooler really woke up my truck. Those auxiliary injectors in the Whipple kit provide a dual usage: 1. add more fuel, and 2. cool the air. Without an intercooler or alcohol injection, you will be forcing 200° + air into the engine.

I re-read this thread and realized that nobody mentioned that you need bigger injectors. 42 lb. injectors, 255 l pump, and a tune. You will not be using the whipple injectors.
