Do you lose liquid from you reservior? I had a radix and the intercooler core was leaking and the presssure would shoot out thrue the reservior.

No, intercooler level is always fine.

Before we start throwing out ideas, can you post up some detailed pics of the blower, bypass, and the engine bay? I also need some history on the blower, did you buy it new, used, from whom?

I'll post some today, I bought the blower from a member of a local forum, and it had around 6k miles. What I do know is that when I first got it, it didn't have that 1/4" play on the pulley.
