Default just cant stop this dang oiling problem HELP!!!

SO most of u know ive been installing a low mount on my truck and so for i just cannot get it to stop smoking and pushing oil out both the boost and exhaust side. what seems to be the problem is when the truck is not running im still getting oil flow into the turbo. So far ive got a turbo werx pump and a oil check valve with a crack pressure of 1 psi. DO u guys think the valve is bad or should i step up to a little higher crack pressure. MY truck pushes 6 psi at engine idle and 18 psig at 2,000 engine RPM (24 psig at 4,000 engine RPM)

Are those oil pressures you listed? If so, something is really wrong. You should have at least 10psi per 1000rpm, and more like 40-50 at idle

Is the turbo above the oil pan or below? Do you have a return scavenge pump?

turbo is just below the pan and yes it has the turbo werx scanvenge pump and rick ill get picks as soon as i can. but i was just thinking is it possible that i have my check valve backwards or just the wrong valve all together?

If it was backwards. No oil would get through.

Once we get some pics might yield some better ideas.

Pretty much the same thing was happening to me and i finally solved my issue. I mounted the oil pump level with the turbo. I guess the oil scav pump was too high above the turbo and oil would sit & leak through the seal's when the truck was off. Idk if that will help you in your case but, I'm just sharing my some what of the same issue.

We just finished a low mount turbo not too long ago.
Twins, mounted even with the oil pan and used a Werx pump as well.

We had the same issue, but figured it all out.
Currently, there is absolutely no oil drips, no burning oil or no oil sitting in the hoses.

Sounds like the problem with your setup is:
You're getting residual oil flowing back into the turbine and compressor housings.
Upon startup, the oil gets sucked up and burns out the exhaust and gets pushed up into the cold pipes. btw, be sure to check your maf and intercooler tubing to be sure they aren't contaminated.

If your turbo(s) is ball bearing, you're exactly where you need to be with the oil pressure supply line; under 20psi is required. If not, it'll push out.
I would suggest lowering the psi even more.
We used a .019 jet at the feed line. This allows for just enough oil to reach the turbos. The return line (when tested and not connected to the return pump) flows a small stream of oil. About as slow as you can pour oil from a quart container.

Send over some pics and we'll do our best to suggest a fix.

Before we fixed the issue with this truck, we were in the same boat, it's definitely fixable.

hey thanks everyone ill should have pics up sat night and sorry to take so long buttttt i may have figured this out lol. what u guys think on this cause im stupid ill admit.
so when i got my check valve from summit i removed the adapter plate and screwed the check valve directly into the turbo inlet side thus removing the dang oil restrictor. so i have no restriction in my -an 4 inlet line so im hoping thats the problem and ill replace the plate back on Saturday
