The pump is the p/n 42
The gauges are in the cubbies beneath the radio. But I want to move the truboost to the change holder/ashtray.
And the blanket is a Godspeed off eBay. Paid less than 100

Foose,

That's where we're at with timing.
The only problem is once we got the truck off the dyno it was making 17+ psi on the same tunee with the increased load.
So we had to add more fuel up top and adjust the controller to 70% duty cycle from 80% duty cycle. I can't wait to get studs and cam/spring swap and run her up to 20psi

That sounds about right, street will load up more, so will nice cold nights. I'd take caution around 17-18. It was in that area, maybe 19 and 17 degree's timing when my stock gasket on the driver side start showing some tear drops of mercy coming down where the block and head meets. Noticed it on a oil change, we both were sad together. lol

Now studded and ls9's I been to 22psi and 15.5 timing and no tears yet....

All these 4.8's making 500 is crazy! Literally more than 2x what they would put down NA. Why does it seem that people are starting to opt for the smaller engine rather than the 6.0? Is it more of a novelty thing or is there actually more power potantial?

I think many people just start with what they have to begin with. I read too many posts that people were saying they wish they had skipped all he bolt ons and 6.0 swap and gone straight to boost. So, that is exactly what I'll be doing.
