Default J-Tube finally here

Well it is finally here. My conversion flange and 90mm TB

Couple of questions. What should I torque the TB bolts too, also would it have any benefit to have the inside of the J-Tube polished, it is pretty ruff in there.
Can't wait to put it on.
It turned out very good. nice attention to detail. My truck is in the shop getting my wideband O2 put in so I can't check the match for the powder coating but I am sure it is right on.
Thanks everybody
Mark

Moregrip,
do you think there would be an added benefit to polishing the inside of the J-tube?

That turned out pretty nice. Having it properly welded in and having the welds ground down really make a difference. Paint looks just right too. Good stuff!

I guess you all know how I feel about it

J tube looks great! Richard is using the same powder coater as magnuson, the match should be dead on. I will double check the TQ specs for you tomorrow.

Thanks Brian, May I ask why you don't recommend polishing the J-tube. I can't see where it would do any harm but I don't know. If I am going to have it polished I will have it done in the next couple of days because I want to get the J-tube back on Friday. Brian will it cause any damage or driveability issues. I value your opinion but just hope you would expand on it.
Again thanks for looking into the Torque specs
Mark
