The gate location in the log where the gate is in an angle.
That's how all cast manifolds are now.
That location is use in all kits where the gate is vented into down pipe.

If the customer chooses vent to atmosphere
The gate goes into the cross over.
And is supplied with a block off plate for the manifold.

Stage 5 kit gate is vented into down pipe.

Sweet. My buddy is rocking an aero chager in his 137 freeride. Thing is retarded. But I can't seem to modify a two stroke. I've. Blown up my 800 twice. Dropped a located pin the first time 6000km, then threw the crank at 8300 km. lol

Wow that kit looks great. All the little tweaks on his new kit shows he's making a great kit even better.

It's pretty impressive how far he's come since his original manifold. The new ones look like works of art lol

Well small update the kits ordered. We figured the 80/83 should keep me entertained for a good while so I went with that. Should be here in six weeks and I'll post any pictures Rick wants to send me and I'll take pictures of everything in the kit when it gets here.

Alright so I swapped it over to a 2 bar SD os today and i didn't have any problems. It filled in the boosted regions in the VE table on its own. I'm thinking I'll richer it up a bit and start tuning from there. something like 5-10% would that be sufficient? I just have to get the injectors tuned in and it should be ready for boost =)
