Default Issues with the Holley Hi-Ram fixed?

Thinking of swapping my L92 intake for a holley hi ram. Planning to run about 12lb from my S480 LS3 combo. There were some issues with the hi-ram intake injector bosses being wrong on the castings, does anyone know if these were ever sorted out? Also, can it work with EV1 tall LS1 style injectors?

Thanks

I didn't have any issues with mine but mine is the ls7 version that just came out so any issues would have been fixed by the time they made my style. Also don't know about the other versions but my intake has not just one bolt mount for the fuel rails but 3, my guess is so it can use any of the older tall injectors to the new short style ones. Reason I say this is because all the pics I have seen on this Hi Ram intake have only 1 or 2 fuel rail mounts.

How well are these things doing? When they first came out everybody said it would be terrible for a truck, too much low end loss bla bla bla. Now that you guys have them on how do you like them?
