Intercoolers
#1
I have been thinking of doing an intercooler for a while now but I'm not sure what size I should run. So I'm trying to find out what size air to air intercoolers you guys are running? I have been looking at a lot of old post and I have seen how some people are cutting into there frame to make more room. I really don't want to do that so if you did cut your frame would you list that with your size.
Oh and what size piping did yall use?
How big of a psi drop?

People hear the words "frame" and "cut" in the same sentence and it scares the **** out of them. This really isn't cutting the frame, its more like cutting the bumper hanger. Its there more for a crush zone in-case of an accident then anything and cutting it has not really affect on what it does.
This is all you have to cut, on each side. Its really no big deal.

This is the pic that made me change my mind about my "No cutting Frame idea".
