since pictures were asked for.
guys who designed the kit are in jersey not terribly far from ya. Not sure where the powerdyne mounts but this should offer you some ideas. I'm gonna assume your 2500 also has a clutch fan, we swapped to these spals with a custom fabbed shroud and controller...

here is where my intercooler is,
on a 730 rwhp and 805 ft lbs dyno run my air temps never went above 120*
and that was on a dnyo where you don't get as good air flow as on the street.
intercooler looks small but very efficient

rotate the scroll back 90 degrees.
from the supercharger.
3" silicone 90 it to a 10" long straight pipe coupled to an air to water
intercooler.
from the intercooler.
3" coupler on to 10" long straight pipe in to a 90 that connects in to
the power pipe.
enjoy.

you sure can.
it will not affect any thing at all.
what this does do is elimanate the volume of about 10 to 12 feet of pipe
that you have to charge before you reach the throttle body with boost.
air to water is better then air to air plus you get a chance to add some
dry ice to the tank for some very cold water.
