Default Intercooler ?'s

OK, I have a slight crack in my stock Radix intercooler reservoir. I put some epoxy on it and it seemed to do the trick, I think. I seem to lose about 1/3 of the fluid over a couple day period. I use water and a bottle of water wetter. 1st question-Is the water evaporating on me or is there a tiny leak still? 2nd question- IF I fabbed up a bigger reservoir, would it help cooling? More water to absorb the heat? How much water can the stock Bosch pump handle without burning up? I was thinking of doubling the reservoir tank size.

Water should not of evaporated that fast, put a little powered around you epoxy and see if it wet..
Any time you can increase the water amount of the cooling system it will diffenitly help cool things down a bit more.. Now you will need to add a decent amount more to make it worth your while..
