I think procharge has theirs laying flat with an air damm to help air get to it. or you could use fans.
Our trucks just have alot of room to use in the front.

If this is for the 'vette you're working on, browse the FI section on 'Tech, lots of great ideas over there.

Just read about your chiller. I like that ideal. How would it work if you used the ac to surround the tubes on a a2a. make a box over the tubes and charge it.

I browse around over there.. A supporting vender over there which is less than 30 miles from the shop has had a couple pm's from me..havent gave me the time of day. I guess it becos i am working on a C4 vette which most think is the lowest of the low in vettes. lmfao. I work on vettes ever day and some are the highest priced older cars around. I install LS7 and others on a daily base. I respect the ppl who give me the time of day and have got it from ppl here.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-t...r-in-a-c4.html

the pulley setup i am using is from work which gives me a lot more room to the sides. the top pix the motor is setting in a mid 70's frame. the 2nd is setting in one of our built frames

Thanks, I do not think that would be very efficent.
There is a company out there that has an air to air intercooler with extra channels for co2 to help the cooling down. You could hook the ac through it. I really like the air to water set ups, you can get some really low intake temps. Takes up less room and less plumbing usually.
Let me know if I can help you in any way.
