Default intercooler???

on my CC 05 truck what size intercooler do i need and will fit in the front of the truck? my IATs are at 186* befor meth and it pulling out timeing. so i think a intercooler will help.

how much boost?
what size pipe are you running?
do you want air to air or air to water?
where would you like it located?

8 psi 2.50,3.00 pipe i have sts inetcooler pipeing just no cooler, were ever it is best. and air to water i was told was better but im new to this thing.

is there a sts air to water intercooler out there or is the stock air to air just as good? need to make a dis. this weekend to order on monday.

I would run a air to air. Air to water is really only good for at the track cuz you can put ice in it. On the street, you have to cool water then it cools the air, so you have an extra step in there and some efficiency loss there too.

I would fab your own kit with parts off ebay if you have the tools and skills. If not call TRTTURBO. They are awesome and they're price and customer service is the best.
